About Sensei Wood

I heard once that this art was made for everyone, but not everyone was made for this art. Many a student have come, and they have gone. Those that persevere earn no fame, or fortune... only through the warriors way do we choose to earn our self-respect, and the skill, knowledge and courage necessary to deal with any situation... Ryu title, rank, and honor amongst our peers are our only rewards. That, and the knowledge that the Ryu will endure, and continue to flourish.
